APPLE CHICKEN
Chicken breast sautéed with apples,
deglazed with brandy and finished with
a sweet scented cider sauce
DUCKLING a L’ORANGE
Duckling roasted and served with a
Grand Marnier glaze
LOIN OF PORK
Pan seared and finished in the oven topped with
a sun-dried cherry glaze
GRILLED LAMB
CHOPS
Served with a Dijon pan sauce
RAINBOW TROUT
Stuffed with fresh picked apples, Maine blueberries
and walnuts. Topped with hot mulled cider sauce.
FILET MIGNON
Black Angus wrapped in smoked bacon.
Served with a Béarnaise.

Ever since my family began making
annual summer trips to the White Mountains through Pinkham
Notch many years ago, I've wanted to stay at the Dana Place.
And this past weekend my husband and I did. When we checked
in, we were upgraded to a balcony room, which was large and
comfortable, and had a lovely view of apple trees...
