The Dana Place Inn has been known for
years for its food. The menu is complete with Duck A L'Orange to
Rainbow Trout. Or try the "Brandied Apple Chicken", Featured in
Bon Appetit. Please note our menu changes seasonally.
At Breakfast, Try our famous French Toast made with double
thick, Texas toast, dipped in a cinnamon-nutmeg egg batter.
Finally topped off with strawberries & almonds.
BRANDIED APPLE CHICKEN
Chicken breast sautéed with apples,
deglazed with brandy and finished with
a sweet scented cider sauce
CHICKEN VERONIQUE
Chicken breast sautéed. Finished
in a cream and seedless grape sauce
DUCKLING a L’ORANGE
Duckling roasted and served with a
Grand Marnier glaze
LOIN OF PORK
Pan seared and finished in the oven topped with
a sun-dried cherry glaze
GRILLED SIRLOIN LAMB CHOPS
French-cut chops served with
Rosemary and mint jelly
As an on premises licensee, the Dana Place Inn must abide by
regulations enforced by the State of New Hampshire Liquor
Commission. Therefore, alcoholic beverages cannot be brought
into the Resort.
