Appetizers

Lobster Alfredo - Tender lobster sauteed with prosciutto, Parmesan, garlic, white wine, and cream served over egg fettucini.

Escargots - Imported French snails in the shell with our mixture of garlic, butter, herbs, and spices served with toast points and lemon.

Stuffed Mushroom Caps - Hand picked for the gourmet, our stuffing is a mix of fresh veal, pork and vegetables delicately seasoned and topped with provolone cheese.

Soups

Soup Du Jour. - The Chef's whim, always with fresh vegetables.

French Onion Gratinee- Served in a crock, topped with croutons and provolone, baked until golden brown

Salad Maison Mimosa - Fresh Boston lettuce tossed in the Chef's own creamy champagne dressing, sprinkled with finely chopped scallions, olives, pimento, and eggs

Tenderloin - A double thick center cut, wrapped in Applewood smoked bacon and cooked to your liking

Duckling A L'Orange - Partially boned Long Island duckling roasted until crisp and golden, the meat moist and tender, served with a Grand Marnier orange sauce

Veal Oscar - Tender veal topped with asparagus, crab legs and hollandaise

Braised Salmon - Filet of Atlantic Salmon served with a healthy cucumber dill sauce

Pasta Primavera - Our colorful vegetable mix, sauteed and tossed with fettucini

Brandied Apple Chicken - Fresh chicken breast sauteed with apples and deglazed with brandy. Finished with a sweet scented cider.
