Swedish- This is a light to medium pressure full body
massage that stimulates circulation, increases muscle flexibility, and fosters
general balance in the structure and function of both the muscular and skeletal
systems.
Deep Tissue- Relieves muscle tension, promotes
structural integration, reduces mental and emotional stress and improves organ
and glandular balance. This massage is medium to deep pressure that focuses on
the deepest layers of muscle tissue. It is both corrective and therapeutic and
is recommended for those who receive massage on a regular basis. This massage
can focus on the whole body or certain areas you would like your therapist to
work on.
Sports Massage- This full body massage relieves
muscular tension, pain and discomfort while increasing flexibility and
circulation with a combination of massage and stretching. Great for relaxing and
letting go.
Shoulder Stress- For those who experience high
levels of stress; this upper body massage includes an invigorating upper back
and neck massage, specifically focusing on the stressed areas, as well as an arm
and hand massage relieving carpal tunnel symptoms.

Hiker’s
Haven- A revitalizing leg and back massage that will melt
your aches and pains away from your previous hike, or let your therapist help
you increase you stamina for the upcoming hike you will be taking. Either way
let your therapist know and you’ll enjoy your White Mountain hike even more.
Reflexology- Sixty minutes focused on manipulation
and pressure points on the feet that will stimulate different organs, glands and
nerves to help the entire body feel refreshed and balanced.
Lymphatic Massage- Proper lymph drainage assists in
maintaining the integrity of the immune system and helps to strengthen the body
against immune system insufficiencies, such as; allergy symptoms, colds,
arthritis and it helps relieve congestion in lymph ducts and nodes. Lymphatic
helps restore proper lymph flow.
Prenatal Massage- Physical and emotional change can
be demanding on a mother's wellness. Enhance growth development with this gentle
massage focuses on high-stress areas, reducing swelling, and relief to weight
bearing joints. **Prenatal massage can only be receive if mother to be is past
her first 13 weeks and is NOT recommended for those who are experiencing a
high-risk pregnancy.
Sara is a
licensed and skilled professional massage
therapist who graduated from the New Hampshire Institute For Therapeutic Arts of
Bridgton Maine in 2005. She is nationally certified and certified in the state
of New Hampshire. She has spent the last five years of her career working the
summers in New Hampshire and winters in Vail Colorado. She is currently working
her way into the nursing profession and attends the White Mountain Community
College in Berlin New Hampshire
