Winter Dinner Menu

BRANDIED APPLE CHICKEN
Chicken breast sautéed with apples,
deglazed with brandy and finished with
a sweet scented cider sauce  

DUCKLING a L’ORANGE
Duckling roasted and served with a
Grand Marnier glaze
 
LOIN OF PORK
Pan seared and finished in the oven topped with
a sun-dried cherry glaze  

GRILLED LAMB CHOPS
Served with a Dijon pan sauce

RAINBOW TROUT
Stuffed with fresh picked apples, Maine blueberries and walnuts. Topped with hot mulled cider sauce.

FILET MIGNON
14 OZ Black Angus wrapped in smoked bacon.
Served with a Béarnaise upon request
