Chilled Colossal Shrimp served with cocktail sauce 

Second Course 

Lobster Bisque
This lobster bisque is made with lobster meat, butter, milk, a little sherry,
and a dash of steak sauce for extra flavor. 

Third Course 

Pinkham Notch Salad
Spring Mix Garden Greens with Granny Smith apples, blue cheese, dried cranberries
and brown sugar walnuts. Tossed with our own raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

 Forth Course 

Christmas Goose
Chestnut Stuffed Roast Goose Served with a Black Cherry Sauce.

 Sliced Tenderloin of Beef
Black Angus Tenderloin Topped off with Rosemary and Merlot Demi Jus.
and Portobello

 Baked New England Haddock
Topped with Lobster Bread Crumbs, Butter and White Wine.

 Traditional Christmas Deserts and Starbucks Coffee
